  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been used are not eligible for a refund. Items that have been damaged before a customer receives are eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

4. Exchanges:
